Cookies

The website places no cookies and stores nothing on your device, so there is no cookie banner. Visits are counted by PostHog with a code calculated on its servers that does not identify you, and your IP address is not kept. If we ever add cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent first.

How long we keep it

  • Demo requests, calls and messages: 12 months after our last exchange, unless you become a client, in which case your contract sets the rules.
  • Visit statistics: 12 months.
  • Technical logs: kept by our host for a short period for security, then deleted.
  • Invoices and other accounting records, for clients: 7 years, as Estonian accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or send it to you in a usable format. You can also object to any use based on our legitimate interest. Write to privacy@onmywatch.co and we will answer within one month.

If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee) or to the authority of the country where you live or work.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, access to our mailboxes and tools is protected by two-factor authentication, and only the people who need your request can see it.
